30-Day Return Policy

At Oregon Lure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following terms:

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee. Please refer to the product listing or contact our customer service for more details.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@oregonlure.com for the timeliest response or leave a message at 503-580-0272 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exceptions:
